• •We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, methodologies, and frameworks
• •Developed solutions ownership is transferred upon full payment unless otherwise agreed
• •We may use project experience as case studies with client approval

Limitation of Liability

CodeKik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
